Guarding Services
Guarding services fall under the category of “unarmed security,” during which the operator is responsible for monitoring the spaces assigned to them and performing all tasks required by their role. Specifically, guarding personnel must supervise both the movable and immovable assets of their assigned location, ensuring there is no damage or theft and acting as a deterrent to any would-be wrongdoer.
They manage emergencies within their defined scope of responsibility. FSA Security personnel carry out guarding duties in company uniforms and identification badges. To support them, on-duty operators (concierges) are equipped with a company-issued phone connected 24/7 to our front office. For their safety, they are also linked to an operations center with a man-down alert system. All staff are trained and certified in workplace safety, first aid, and fire prevention.
