Museum Assistance

The museum assistance service involves overseeing visitor entry and providing directions to guests, preventing and safeguarding against damage that visitors may cause to the museum, and managing emergencies within the designated scope of responsibility.

FSA Security personnel carry out their duties in museums wearing company uniforms and identification badges. They are supported by control officers equipped with a company-issued phone connected to a 24/7 front office, and for their on-the-job safety they are linked to an operations center with a man-down alert device. All staff are trained and certified in workplace safety, first aid, and fire prevention.
